5 out of 5 starsMy neighbor strongly recommended contacting Mike Hardisty when I had a plumbing leak over a year ago that required immediate attention, and I’m very grateful for her referral! Mike responded immediately, and then quickly identified and corrected the problem. I’ve subsequently hired Mike to: replace and upgrade numerous builder-grade plumbing fixtures/valves/components throughout my house; install a water neutralizer system and two reverse osmosis systems; upgrade two garbage disposal units; add a new propane line and stub-out to connect to an existing fireplace that’s currently configured for a wood pellet stove; and address another (emergency) leak caused by a failing component in my 10-year old tankless hot water heater. At every single juncture Mike has been extremely responsive, accommodating, knowledgeable, reliable, and courteous. He is outstanding at quickly identifying and resolving any type of plumbing problem, as well as providing superior quality upgrades/updates to existing systems—and all at very reasonable prices. Mike Hardisty and his son, Colton, are fantastic to deal with. They communicated with us about when they would arrive to begin working and listened thoroughly to our description of what the problems were. They are professional and competent and will not stop working until a job is completely done and all matters resolved. 5 out of 5 starsI first crossed paths with Mike when he worked as the plumbing contractor for our kitchen remodel. Not only was he super friendly and professional, but he was also impressively efficient. He left his work areas spotless and delivered top-notch results. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for better. Fast forward a bit—our leaky faucets were driving us nuts. I had a couple of plumbers take a look, but they claimed both faucets needed replacing and quoted sky-high prices. I wasn’t ready to part with that much cash, so I let it slide… until the annoyance became unbearable. That's when I called Artisan (and Mike to the rescue). Mike came out, assessed the situation, and gave me the refreshing news: a repair would be much more affordable than a replacement. He ordered the necessary parts, returned, and worked his magic. One of those leaky culprits was in our garage, causing a soggy mess whenever we used the hose. Post-repair? It worked perfectly—no leaks, no mess. We’ve been loving that faucet ever since! But wait, there’s more! When one of our toilets started acting up, I turned to Mike once again. Over the phone, we discussed our choice of toilet (thanks to some research on our part), and Mike confirmed it was a high-quality option. He took care of the order, came over for the install, and got it up and running in no time. It works like a dream. Mike is a rockstar plumber, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
